2156 America’s been remixed by civil war into 7 New Republics. Much of the “Outer territories” in the New West are under tribal control.

The America we knew is gone and what replaced it is on fire, but hey a brother’s still gotta look fresh right?

“Barbers” are Ronin’s, who travel from one war torn territory to another to freshen up fades. Its considered a blessing and as a sign of social status get a cut by a member of the esteemed Barbers Guild.
